Liverpool Football Kit
The Liverpool football shirts are currently made by Adidas, who took over the sponsorship of the shirts for the beginning of the 2006-07 season. As a result, the Liverpool kits feature the distinctive three stripe logo on the sleeves. The shirts are sponsored by Carlsberg, who have a long standing relationship with Liverpool FC. The Carslberg logo is embroidered on the front of all Liverpool shirts.
Adidas also produce the official Liverpool shorts and Liverpool socks. These are available to buy in both adult and junior sizes for all three Liverpool shirts. The normal retail price is approximately £19.99 for the shorts and £10 for the socks.
It is possible to personalise your Liverpool FC shirt with the name and number of your favourite player, including Steven Gerrard, Fernando Torres, Xabi Alonso or Dirk Kuyt. Some retailers even allow you to put your own name and number on the back of your shirt in authentic lettering for either the Premiership or the UEFA Champions League. Sleeve badges for both competitions are also available.
